Bolton Clarke is a leading aged care provider, dedicated to enabling and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.

The successful candidate will provide quality support and assistance to the Residential Aged Care team, maintaining financial and client systems, providing high levels of customer service, problem solving, and actively seeking continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and client records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Employ problem-solving skills and show initiative
  • Coordinate resident admissions
  • Assist with recruitment and orientation administrative processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Previous rostering/scheduling experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Completion of a police check
  • NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
  • Covid-19 immunisation record
