Intrinsic Health are looking to welcome a Physiotherapist to join our growing and supportive Allied Health team in Bowen, QLD.

What's involved in this role?

  • Chronic disease and injury management
  • Manual handling and functional assessments
  • Initial assessments and clinical referrals
  • Fall prevention, risk management, and education
  • Equipment prescription
  • Exercise programs and re-enablement services
  • Attending clinical meetings and case conferences
  • Being part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team in residential aged care settings
  • Potential to build private and community caseloads

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration applications strongly encouraged – new graduates welcome)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current flu and COVID vaccination evidence
  • Working rights in Australia (sponsorship considered for candidates already living in Australia)
  • Medicare Provider Number (or willingness to obtain)
