About The Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis at our Cunningham Villas home located in Bowen, Queensland. Reporting to our General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently a high quality of care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards
  • Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement
  • Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans, and assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans
  • Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
  • Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures
  • Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWs
About You
  • Permanent Full-Time
  • Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RN
  • Experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
  • Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site
  • Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) cost refunded on appointment / and or a National Police check
