About the Role

This opportunity will see you provide support, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system components to deliver upon business priorities.

You will also act as a key contact to manage the relationship with technology vendor partners and resolve incidents and escalations as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration of System Changes: Configure system changes where possible and appropriate.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access and maintain system parameters.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong relationships and work closely with third-party vendors to enable the resolution of issues to be effectively and efficiently managed.
  • Documentation and Business Rules: Maintain comprehensive systems documentation and business rules.
  • Software Release Management: Coordinate and plan the review of software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.
  • Data Flow and Integration: Provide maintenance and support for the end-to-end data flows and integrations with other systems.
  • Functional Enhancements: Support with the delivery of new functionality and enhancements to core information systems to support improved customer and user experience.
  • Information Systems User Groups: Participate in relevant Information Systems User Groups and support the delivery of enhancements that are requested.

  • Influencing and Negotiation: Good influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to explore alternatives to reach outcomes that are supported and accepted by various parties.
  • Driver's License: C Class driver's license.
  • System Administration: Highly regarded; Previous experience administering a finance or HR/Payroll system, experience in Technology One.
