Job Opportunity

This position involves collaborating with families to deliver tailored support services, utilizing evidence-based best practices. The Speech Pathologist will conduct assessments and observations to develop customized support options that cater to each child's unique needs.

  • Prioritize building skills and confidence in children and their families through individualized support.
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of children's development and create personalized plans for support.
  • Engage with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting children.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to families, empowering them to develop strategies for supporting their children at home and in other settings.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in child development, a proven track record of supporting families with developmental delays or disabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practices.
