Early Childhood Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Specialist to join our team of allied health professionals. The successful candidate will work with families to deliver support services that promote the development and well-being of young children.

Job Description
  • Deliver evidence-informed early childhood intervention services to children and families, working collaboratively to achieve goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's developmental progress, incorporating assessments, observations, and coaching strategies.
  • Empower families and caregivers through coaching and skill-building activities, promoting confidence and capacity to support children's needs.
  • Maintain thorough records of child development, progress, and goal achievement within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) business system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a degree qualification in Speech Pathology or relevant field.
  • Expert knowledge in child development, including identification of developmental issues and implementation of effective strategies for family practice.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and best practice principles in early childhood intervention.
