Solar Energy Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the solar energy industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to homeowners and businesses. They will troubleshoot solar systems remotely, diagnose and resolve issues, and provide answers to basic and technical questions about solar systems.

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages, as well as owning follow up on open tickets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to balance the voice of the customer with the financial impact on the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of solar experience or 2+ years of IT or Technical Troubleshooting or 5+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong ability to communicate with customers in Spanish via phone and email
  • Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce a plus
