Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar energy systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solar Energy Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of solar energy systems, including their components, functionality, and common issues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Technical Troubleshooting Skills: You should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar energy systems, using your knowledge and experience to identify and fix problems.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role, as you will be working with customers who speak both languages.
