Design Learning Experiences

This role focuses on developing engaging training programs and learning assets tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating interactive eLearning content, guides, videos, and workshops that cater to different learning styles.
  • Converting complex technical information into easy-to-understand learning resources.
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives with clear and consistent communication to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Facilitating training sessions and designing scalable, self-paced learning opportunities.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements where needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in technology/system implementation contexts.
  • Proficiency in blended learning design (digital and facilitator-led), with expertise in using eLearning tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of change communication and its role in user adoption.
  • Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Agile, adaptable, and collaborative team player in fast-paced project environments.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training & Education (TAE) - highly regarded
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci or similar) - highly regarded
