Senior Change Associate

Seven Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Associate to join our team. As a Senior Change Associate, you will work directly with clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking briefs from clients and analyzing their business to identify potential impacts from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing tactics to manage organizational changes and executing on plans
  • Applying Project Management principles and Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods
  • Providing support to recipients of change during and after the project

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery, and/or PMO roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
