Job Opportunity:

This senior-level role involves developing and positioning tailored solutions during the sales process. As a technical expert, you will guide customers through discovery, design, and demonstration to align solutions with their business objectives while driving sales performance.

You will be responsible for supporting sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across various platforms, leading engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases, and designing and delivering product demonstrations that effectively highlight business value.

  • Support sales teams by leveraging CRM, CPQ, and automation expertise
  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase business benefits
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH TECHNICAL AND EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDERS
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide actionable insights and feedback on improving offerings
  • PARTICIPATE IN SHARING BEST PRACTICES, REUSABLE ASSETS, AND INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE WITHIN THE SOLUTION CONSULTING TEAM
  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Represent the organization at key marketing and customer events, including workshops, briefings, and conferences
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON)
  • Proven ability to conduct technical discovery sessions and design customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Ability to think strategically and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence in engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
