Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to join our team at Coffs Harbour Health Campus. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality midwifery care to our patients, promoting a safe and efficient service that reflects current standards of midwifery and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuity of midwifery care to clients across their pregnancy journey
  • Participate in a flexible roster arrangement, including on-call duties, to support the needs of the team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of midwifery practice within the team
  • Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in midwifery care, including clinical problem-solving and effective communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Hold an unencumbered driver's license
