Mercy Aged and Community Care Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoice Checking Officer. As a key member of our Administration, Business Systems and Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
This is a casual role that requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for matching and processing invoices to our Client Management System, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in finance or accounts payable is highly regarded, as is any experience with Carelink+ or Technology One.
