Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive business analyst to play a key role in shaping project outcomes. As a core member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights through interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage change control processes to ensure proper governance and prioritize business value.
  • Support solution design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet expectations.
  • Communicate requirements clearly to technical teams to drive accurate solution delivery.

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Skills

  • Strong experience in documenting and analyzing business requirements.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in process modeling, gap analysis, and SWOT analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in UAT planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
  • Security clearance: NV2 level required; TSPV preferred.
