We are seeking a Strategic Business Solution Professional to play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective solution design and implementation.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly defined, well-documented, and effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and developers to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and workflows
  • Conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather input and identify risks and improvement opportunities in existing business processes
  • Managing requirements changes with a focus on business value, ensuring proper governance and change control is applied
  • Supporting solution design and business acceptance testing to ensure proposed solutions meet user expectations
  • Communicating requirements clearly and effectively to technical teams to ensure accurate solution development and implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management best practices, familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks, awareness of Incident and Problem Management principles and practices, effective communication skills, strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities, and experience with post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative development environment would be highly beneficial.
