Early Childhood Professional

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families by supporting the delivery of early childhood services.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support. You will foster meaningful connections within the community while collaborating with a passionate team of professionals.

  • Supporting families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
  • Utilising your diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Completing functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
  • Connecting families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
  • Guiding families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
