
Children's Social Care Professional

Join a dedicated team of professionals who work together to provide support and care to vulnerable children in the community. We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our Children Looked After Team, working closely with local families and partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
Responsibilities:
- Support children in care as a Children Looked After Social Worker, taking over cases from the initial hearing stage.
- Manage court-related responsibilities without involvement in Child Protection or Child in Need cases.
- Contribute to permanency planning for children, ensuring long-term stability and well-being.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a Social Work England registration.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services.
