Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert support across key corporate platforms.

Deliver technical advice and solutions aligned with business priorities and system architecture standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Represent the Corporate Systems team in projects, ensuring smooth service transitions and support readiness.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system improvements.

Manage user access and system security in line with Technology policies and procedures.

Monitor and resolve application issues via the Technology Service Desk, including bug fixes, upgrades, and custom development.

Train system users and support adoption of new processes and technologies.

Participate in the Technology on-call roster to support resolution of critical incidents outside business hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hold a tertiary qualification in Technology or Business with a strong tech focus.

Bring extensive experience in CRM, HR, and document management systems—Salesforce expertise is highly regarded.

Skilled in full lifecycle systems analysis, implementation, and support.

Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently or collaboratively.

Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise systems, and how they integrate with business processes.

Confident managing incidents, changes, and problem tasks in a structured support environment.

Builds strong relationships across teams and influences outcomes through collaboration and credibility.
