We are looking for a Systems & Business Improvement Specialist who will be responsible for the outsourced CFO and Bookkeeping function in order to achieve strategic goals around business improvement for our clients.

With your strong values and ethics and the ability to communicate at all levels you will play an integral role in the deliverable to the client. Being a self starter you enjoy challenging work with a solutions focus.

**AS OUR SYSTEMS & BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST, YOUR ROLE WILL ENCOMPASS -**:

- Maintaining a strong knowledge of SME technology that is used to automate and enhance business processes.
- Working with our SME clients to understand their current use of technology and review manual processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend technology solutions to our clients including working with 3rd party providers to provide software demonstrations.
- Provide implementation support and training to our clients on recommended platforms.
- Attending to client requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Clear and concise communication in line with client needs and understanding.
