Job Opportunity:

Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing expert technical support for clients across Asia Pacific and EMEA.

This individual will be responsible for handling desktop/network issues, installing and upgrading Operating Systems, applying patches, software and hardware break-fix, network configuration, and administering MS Office.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handling desktop/network issues
    • Installing and upgrading Operating Systems
    • Applying patches
    • Software and hardware break-fix
    • Network configuration (CCNA or above certification preferred)

Tools Required:

  • Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 and admin rights
  • Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45) with proper drivers
  • Software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server
  • Screwdriver set, internet data card

This is an on-call, dispatch/adhoc role with scope varying per client. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including WiFi, LAN, WAN, switches, and routers.

Besides technical expertise, the selected candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork capabilities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of our global team.
