About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our company in a key role.


In this position, you will play a critical part in coordinating design consultants and tracking documentation from concept to construction. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues will ensure timely project delivery aligned with authority and client requirements.


We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in architectural documentation or a design-related role and are keen to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you.


About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and authority processes.
  • Proficient in software such as MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD (Revit a plus).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
