Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

This role involves providing top-notch customer service, greeting and registering owners and guests, and offering information on local area attractions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to deliver exceptional service
  • Meet with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales team
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
