Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of our retail and industrial operational portfolio in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing and transaction activities, including negotiations, sales, and strategic planning.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in lease and licence negotiations. They will also have the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and internal teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating leases and licences with tenants
  • Managing sale and leaseback transactions
  • Providing tenant advisory and representation services
  • Conducting opportunity analysis and strategic planning

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

The role will involve working closely with our Real Estate Director and other team members to achieve business objectives and drive results.
