Customer Service Ambassador for Telstra Retail

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service ambassador to join our team at Telstra Retail. As a key representative of our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in-store.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to customers
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
