Financial Insights Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and supporting decision-making processes within our Automotive division.

The Financial Insights Analyst will work closely with the Commercial Finance team, Group FP&A team, and key business stakeholders to support the annual budgeting and long-range forecast process, encompassing identification of key initiatives and investment requirements aligned to Group budgeting instructions around timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly forecasting process ensuring alignment across the Division
  • Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and drive performance
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results identify trends and provide actionable insights to divisional and regional leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
  • A relevant professional certification e.g. CPA CA is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in an FP & A Analyst or Commercial Analyst position with FMCG Manufacturing or Retail Industry experience desirable
