Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in preparing newly graduated students for their new career path. The successful candidate will focus on the APAC region, covering campuses in Shanghai, Bali, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage strategic partners to generate opportunities for our students
  2. Source and qualify inbound and outbound leads to drive business growth
  3. Develop effective marketing strategies to increase lead generation
  4. Organize events such as job fairs, networking sessions, and lunch&learns to foster partnerships between students and industry professionals
  5. Maintain the Talent Pool on a regional level to showcase our graduates' skills and experience
  6. Ensure a high job placement rate for our students by providing valuable career services
  7. Prepare our newly graduated students for their new career path by planning, organizing, and delivering Career Week initiatives
  8. Deliver 1:1 career coaching sessions with alumni from the region to provide personalized guidance
  9. Monitor student progress through regular check-ins and quarterly outcomes data analysis
  10. Build strong relationships with our Alumni Community by collaborating with the Marketing Team to strengthen our network
