As a global leader in immersive tech training, Le Wagon has expanded its reach to +40 cities across 25 countries, including prominent tech hubs like Berlin, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and São Paulo.

Our team is looking for a skilled Talent & Partnerships Advisor to join our APAC region operation.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and engaging strategic partners to generate opportunities for our students;
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to boost lead generation;
  • Organizing events such as job fairs, get me hiring events, and lunch&learns to foster partnerships and student connections.

The successful Talent & Partnerships Advisor will also oversee the smooth execution of career services offered to partner companies, including:

  • Implementing effective hiring programs;
  • Managing talent pools and job fair initiatives;

To prepare our newly graduated students for their new career path, the successful candidate will:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver Career Weeks;
  • Onboard, train, and manage Career TAs and other relevant team members;
  • Source, arrange, and follow up with speakers and workshop facilitators;
  • Present Career Week workshops in a hybrid setting;
  • Lead communication during the week and collect feedback afterwards;
  • Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with alumni from the region;
  • Coordinate quarterly check-ins with recent graduates to track their progress and hiring rates.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or recruitment operations;
  • Outgoing and sociable personality with a genuine interest in student progress and happiness;
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to influence stakeholders, and excellent communication skills;
  • Confidence in leading workshops, public speaking, and presenting ideas to an audience;
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines;
  • Interest in technology and startups, particularly edtech;
  • Team player with cooperative spirit and passion for helping others achieve their goals.
