About this Role:

We're seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to lead software delivery excellence. As a senior specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SaaS platforms to ensure operational efficiency through modular architecture and adaptable system design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable automation workflows for supported SaaS tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
  • Maintain and enhance the Observability Platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce organizational security policies and implement best practices across all tools and services.
  • Continuously monitor system health and performance, leveraging telemetry and alerting to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
