Commercial Quality Leadership

As a key business partner to senior leaders, this role collaborates across functions, thinks systemically, and resolves conflicts to ensure alignment between quality and commercial objectives.

  • Provide strategic oversight of ANZ & APAC commercial portfolios.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines.
  • Lead regional teams of quality professionals in their development and growth.
  • Manage product complaints, deviations, recalls, and investigations.
  • Serve as primary quality contact for health authorities and licensing partners.
  • Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams.
  • Oversee quality integration efforts for new market entries, product launches, and portfolio transitions.
  • Represent APAC on global quality forums and initiatives.
