Corporate Traveler Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced travel professional to join our team as a Future Business Leader. As a key member of our corporate division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth through tailored solutions.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding and consistent customer experience by adhering to our operational excellence framework.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of internal and customer-facing technology systems.
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to a varying range of scenarios.
  • Understand financial systems and processes.
Growth and Retention:
  • Ability to review a customer's travel program and present options that drive compelling financial and operational value.
  • Has intimate knowledge of their customer portfolio.
  • Delivers a compelling customer experience to maximize the opportunity for retention and satisfaction.
  • Ability to influence customers to drive results.
Development:
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Open to learning and developing skills required to succeed.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends.
  • Set targets and goals and strives to achieve these.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry.
  • 2+ years on Sabre.
  • 6 months in Lumina desired but not essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability.
  • To be a 'people person' who values developing strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
