Job Title: People Experience Partner

About the Role

The People Experience Partner will be responsible for ensuring that our onboarding and exit processes are seamless and impeccable. You will work closely with HRBPs to spearhead change projects, and collaborate with the business and People Services to implement Compensation and Benefit actions that align with our strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR support or HR initiatives
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Talent for identifying and driving process improvements
  • Expertise in managing escalated HR cases
  • Sharp analytical skills to interpret and leverage employee engagement data
  • Good level of interpersonal skills and confident in presenting
  • Strong experience in HR systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
