About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties in the office, ensuring the office is tidy and operating smoothly. This includes managing office supplies inventory, receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and developing office policies and procedures.

  • Office Management & Administration:
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Executive Support

The Operations Manager will also provide executive support to two Executives consisting of SA State Manager and VIC State Lead. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing meetings, taking minutes, undertaking research and preparing presentations and reports.

  • Support visiting Executives from Sydney office when required.

Marketing, Events and Social Media

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for heading the Marketing and Social Media for the company's offices. This includes understanding the company and the target market to attract new clients and candidates, updating the company's website and social media pages with news and events, and organizing internal events including Quarterly updates, Christmas Party and end of financial year events.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams and projects.

The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
