Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developed technical skills in line with platform requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with customer centricity
  • Demonstrated ability to upskill and cross-skill to new technologies with a continuous learning mindset
  • Database technologies across SQL server and Oracle including SQL development
  • ITIL principles and practical experience across incident, problem and change management
  • Business methodologies and software development life cycle, API led integration, database concepts and development methodologies and client-server architectures
  • Triage issues with different teams supporting different components of the solution landscape
  • Document and maintain technical knowledge bases and share knowledge across peers
  • Solid understanding and experience with business systems information security principles
  • Well-developed project management and coordination skills to lead mid-level initiatives directly with the business
  • Delivery experience in an agile and waterfall environment as a core member of a cross functional team
  • Systems architecture and configuration knowledge
  • Embedding and supporting/troubleshooting commercial off the shelf vendor platforms in coordination with platform vendors per defined SLAs
  • Experience in a Manufacturing or Asset Intensive IT environment will be highly regarded
  • Strong preference for experience in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
