Job Overview

We're passionate about developing integrated farming solutions that help the Australian farming industry thrive. As a Product Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in demonstrating the agronomic and economic benefits of our integrated systems and equipment to customers and internal network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate productivity gains using precision agriculture technology and products to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales, Aftermarket team, and customers to understand specific problems and develop solutions.
  • Provide support, education, and training on technology, machine optimisation, and agronomic-based products and farming systems.
  • Travel frequently within the network to support branches within your area of responsibility.

  • Excel at establishing and maintaining excellent Dealer and Customer relationships.
