Electrical Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting career opportunity for a skilled Industrial Electrician or Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing the maintenance and reliability engineering tasks, which include the redesign, upkeep, and repair of utility systems, buildings, and production equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of electricians in performing maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of electrical systems.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards, including conducting safety inspections and implementing safety measures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and issues.
Requirements:
  • A current A-grade electrical license + Electrical qualification (Cert 4)
  • 3 to 5 years of industrial electrician experience
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of PLC, industrial electronics, and SCADA systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
