As an Electrical Design Engineer with our company, you will be responsible for overseeing design phases, resolving complex issues, and delivering innovative solutions. Your role will involve refining design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive project success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and reviewing design documentation to ensure accuracy and current information.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure design integrity and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in building services, with experience working on rail, roads, highways, buildings, or commercial developments. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with multiple teams. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is essential, as well as proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or PowerCAD.
You will also have knowledge of Australian industry standards and regulations, including AS3000. Experience in both design and delivery is highly advantageous, but not essential. What's most important is that you are a motivated and forward-thinking individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
