Business Hub Executive Job Description

Accor Hospitality Services is a world leader in delivering bespoke hospitality solutions.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Business Hub Executives based in Melbourne. As a Business Hub Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to tenants and guests, maintaining a presence in the business hub area, and supporting tenant activation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a presence in the business hub area throughout the day and especially during peak times, providing a point of contact and hospitality for tenants and guests.
  • Greet and provide information and support to tenants and guests when they visit the business hub area.
  • Manage and maintain the booking functions via Charli.
  • Provide ongoing support for the spaces when booked/used by tenants and their guests.
  • Manage any community space events that are held throughout the year.
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the tenants and guests that utilise the business hub area.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A person who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and tenants.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver seamless tenant experiences in the Building's Business Hub which consists of a lounge and 2 meeting rooms.
