Dynamic Food Services Associate

We are seeking a dynamic food services associate to join our team. As an ambassador for the Food Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and residents while obtaining their meal requirements.

The primary function of this role is to utilise an electronic menu management system to ensure accurate provision of patient/resident meals. To achieve this, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This position requires strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, you must be able to apply risk management strategies to maintain a safe working environment.

Besides the above mentioned responsibilities, this role also requires the following:

  • BASIC FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATION LEVEL 1 OR HIGHER
  • WORKING WITH CHILDREN'S CERTIFICATE
  • BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (MICROSOFT WORD, OUTLOOK, ETC.)
  • ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY PRIORITISE TASKS
  • APPLIES RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES TO ENSURE SERVICE DELIVERABLES ARE NOT COMPROMISED

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of our immunisation policy.
