Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative and project support to our management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organising travel arrangements for senior managers;
  • Accurately maintaining databases and portals, including Carelink and My Aged Care;
  • Ensuring sites have access to up-to-date WHS documentation and participating in regular audits;
  • Preparing and distributing internal and external communications to the team;
  • Coordinating financial tasks, including ordering and purchasing requisites.
Key Requirements
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or significant experience in an administrative role;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module;
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License;
  • Ability to work independently in a complex and dynamic environment.
