We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Department Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive store culture. You will be responsible for managing a team of department staff, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a flexible approach to working hours.
