We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating their team, overseeing store operations, and developing strategies to boost sales and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your staff, promoting a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
  • Manage the operational aspects of opening a new store, including various projects to ensure a seamless launch.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and provide regular progress reports.
  • E nsure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards, while embodying the spirit of excellence in everything you do.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
