Solera is a global leader in data and software services, and we're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team in Melbourne, Australia.
About the Role
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products. You will work closely with our Implementation Manager and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the pre and post-sales process by recommending best practice use of our established product set.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with business and technical contacts to deliver customer-focused implementations and configurations.
- Gather customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.
- Document test scenarios to support QA and provide 3rd-level support on customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with the configuration and training teams to deliver customer requirements and contribute to new product developments.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in delivering large transformation programs, utilizing high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.
- Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.
- Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team.
