We are currently seeking passionate brand ambassadors to contribute to our team's performance.

Job Description

The Role:

  • Plan floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to maximise sale opportunities and maintain brand standards.
  • Ensure commercial and visual needs of the business are balanced when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Provide support to store teams to assist in their training and development needs in relation to visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key personnel in major retailers and provide training on VM and retail standards.
  • Styling mannequins in windows and focal areas and top-of-shelf displays must be in line with VM direction at all times.
  • Merchandising decisions must be related to business results at all times, ensuring a focus on merchandising for profit.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel-based divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyse the business and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.
