About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of responsibilities, from opening new client files to handling settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high-volume files and ensuring timely completion of conveyancing matters.
  • Reviewing contracts for sale and preparing for offers and auctions.
  • Assisting with drafting contracts and negotiating pre-exchange terms.
  • Collaborating with clients, brokers, bankers, and agents to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Preparing and completing settlements via PEXA.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record of managing high-volume files.
  • PEXA experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of multi-state property laws is a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Aderant ideally.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong client service ethic and the ability to deliver outcomes-focused service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
