Restoration Review Technicians play a critical role in our organization, providing technical and cost validation of Restorers' reports, scopes of work, and quotes.

The primary objective is to minimize claims costs by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers.

This requires strong communication skills, as the successful candidate will need to collaborate with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams.

A timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims management process.

Previous experience in the restoration industry, particularly in knowledge of restoration best practices, is highly valued.

IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical and cost validation of Restorers' reports, scopes of work, and quotes.
  • Minimizing claims costs through effective review of building costs and negotiation with suppliers.
  • Strong communication with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams.
  • Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations.
