**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Restoration Review Technician. This position involves providing technical and cost validation of Restorer's reports, scope of works, and quotes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for minimising claims costs by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliers. They will also communicate with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams in a timely and accurate manner.

**Accountabilities**
  • Review and validate Restorer's reports, scope of works, and quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve acceptable outcomes on claims costs
  • Communicate with suppliers, internal claims teams, and supplier relationship teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
**Requirements**
  • Previous experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of restoration best practices
  • IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification
  • Skills in preparing scopes of work
