Job Title: Team Leadership Expert

The role of a Team Leadership Expert is pivotal within our organization. We're seeking an accomplished leader passionate about sales, customer service, and the development of both their team and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize returns by understanding and implementing channeling strategies to ensure the team hits targets.
  • Implement and improve Global Touring Customer Service processes and procedures.
  • Lead a positive work environment and establish flexible arrangements as needed.
  • Manage staffing needs, personal leave, and rosters to meet business requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard team members when required.
  • Develop and implement customer service skills and strategies to increase overall sales and passenger numbers.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and strategies.
  • A passion for sales and a thorough understanding of core customer-driven sales principles.
  • Sales coaching and discipline of best practices.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in change management will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities.
