Banquet Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Service Manager to oversee the smooth operation of food and beverage services, including banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks.
- Collaborate with chefs and stewards to ensure service needs are met efficiently.
- Manage total charges for group functions and prepare checks for payment in a timely manner.
- Evaluate banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks to guarantee readiness for service.
- Inspect china, glass, and silverware prior to use to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Check in with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
