Job Title: Banquet Services Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up event and meeting spaces, ensuring everything is in place for successful events. This includes handling heavy tables, chairs, and other equipment.

  • Tend bar and serve platters of food, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation to enhance the guest experience.

  • Provide operational support in the service and delivery of food and beverages, prioritizing efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Assist with event arrangements and contribute to creating customized experiences that exceed guest expectations.

  • Build relationships with guests, showcasing our legendary service to foster repeat business and future bookings.

  • Collaborate with the banquets team on various operational tasks to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Support other venue outlets when necessary, including In-Room Dining, Atria, Lobby Lounge, Cameo Bar, and other relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.

  • Familiarity with luxury standards and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
