Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan, and manage project resources effectively.
  • Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including project team members, and management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Manage project resources, including human resources, equipment, and budget.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
5+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
Proven project management skills to deliver outcomes through effective planning and governance
Experience in Delivery practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira)
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with clear and effective communication, to influence and align priorities
Solid budgeting and forecasting expertise for informed decision-making
Ability to establish and maintain effective measurement frameworks
Proactive risk management across projects
Proficiency in applying tools and methodologies to drive consistency
Knowledge of the payments technology, IT systems, and the financial industry
